Our master chef, a graduate of the acclaimed California Culinary
Academy in San Francisco, has joined classical International cooking
with local and regional ingredients. Attention to detail and fusion
of two great cooking traditions are just phrases that help to describe
the dining experience that awaits you in our Garden Patio Restaurant
and Beachfront Bar and Grill.
Several of the Inn's recipes have been published by the California
Culinary Academy Cookbook Series, the Los Angeles Times, AAA Travel
Guide, Outside Magazine and numerous travel publications. Wear loose-fitting
